ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Sales Executive to grow our presence among interior designers (IDs) and expand the adoption ofINTRIX One Tap.This role focuses on building strong partnerships with IDs, driving consistent engagement, and achieving personal sales targets through a structured and professional approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Interior Designer Outreach & Partnership

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new interior designers to introduce INTRIX One Tap.
  • Propose partnership opportunities and build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive continuous business growth.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets through effective pitching, consultation, and closing.

2. Engagement & Sales

  • Maintain regular engagement with existing ID partners to generate consistent sales opportunities.
  • Provide product presentations, design support, and after-sales follow-up to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the complete sales process fromlead generation, quotation, order confirmation, payment collection to coordination of installationandafter-sales service.

3. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales activity reports to the Head of Sales.
  • Update CRM records to ensure visibility of sales pipeline and progress.
  • Work closely with operations and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation processes.

4. Exhibitions Support & Event Involvement

  • Participate in exhibitions, events, roadshows, and networking sessions to strengthen brand visibility and industry engagement.
  • Support event preparation, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up to drive customer conversion and relationship building.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven success in B2B2C or B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in consumer or design-related industries.
  • Persuasive presentation skills, with experience delivering tailored pitches to decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for customer and market engagements.

SUCCESS CRITERIA

To excel in this role, we expect you to:

  • Able to sell targeted units of INTRIX One Tap within the 3 months probation period.
  • Maintain and increase Interior Designer (ID) portfolio within the first year of employment.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with interior designers, demonstrated by repeat business and referrals.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, identifying potential opportunities for business growth.
