About the role : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Operations Manager to lead our support team and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. As a Support Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product support specialists, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Product support services.
