Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, executing outreach initiatives, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies, schedule and conduct meetings, and maintain a deep understanding of Fluid's AI-powered solutions to effectively communicate benefits to prospective customers. The role requires proactive engagement, detailed record-keeping in CRM systems, and aligning with sales targets to drive growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, demonstrating an ability to proactively identify and engage with prospects.
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills, with an ability to build rapport and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients.
  • Expertise in Business Development and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration within the B2B space.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a willingness to learn new technologies to enhance sales performance.
  • Experience in fintech, B2B commerce, or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and additional language skills relevant to the region would be beneficial.
