About the Role
Moving Walls Sciences (InsightzClub) is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our market research and consumer insights solutions.
This is a pure hunter role. You will own the full new-business sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to deal closure.
Success is measured by qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and closed revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently generate 510 qualified meetings per week with decision-makers
- Prospect and close new clients only (brands, agencies, enterprises)
- Own outbound activities (LinkedIn, email, referrals)
- Build and manage a 3ז5 qualified sales pipeline
- Lead discovery calls, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Close new logos and hand over post-sale to internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales forecasting
Requirements:
- Proven B2B new-business (hunter) sales experience
- Experience selling market research, consumer insights, SaaS, CX, or data solutions preferred
- Strong outbound discipline and commercial mindset
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and accountable
- Based in Malaysia
Compensation
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Performance-based incentives
