About the Role

Moving Walls Sciences (InsightzClub) is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our market research and consumer insights solutions.

This is a pure hunter role. You will own the full new-business sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to deal closure.

Success is measured by qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and closed revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently generate 510 qualified meetings per week with decision-makers
  • Prospect and close new clients only (brands, agencies, enterprises)
  • Own outbound activities (LinkedIn, email, referrals)
  • Build and manage a 3ז5 qualified sales pipeline
  • Lead discovery calls, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Close new logos and hand over post-sale to internal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales forecasting

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B new-business (hunter) sales experience
  • Experience selling market research, consumer insights, SaaS, CX, or data solutions preferred
  • Strong outbound discipline and commercial mindset
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and accountable
  • Based in Malaysia

Compensation

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Performance-based incentives
