Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales and digital marketing activities targeting Korean-speaking customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
• Promote company products and services through digital platforms and social media.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns targeting the Korean market.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales results.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Engagement is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
