Role Overview
Responsible for driving TCV, revenue growth, account expansion, and new logo acquisition while managing CXO relationships and supporting large BFSI deal pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue and growth targets for BFSI accounts
Drive account mining, cross-sell, and new business acquisition
Build and manage CXO-level relationships
Lead large deals, RFPs, and commercial negotiations
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Collaborate with delivery and solution teams
Provide BFSI market insights and identify growth opportunities
Required Experience
1218+ years in BFSI sales or account management
Experience managing enterprise banking or financial clients
Strong CXO stakeholder engagement
Exposure to Malaysia / ASEAN BFSI market
Proven track record in large deal closures
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Masters/ Post Graduate, Bachelors/ Degree
