Job Description

You will help organisations transform how they communicate with their customers, using our CPaaS platform to embed real-time communications such as SMS, WhatsApp, voice, video, and authentication into their products and customer journeys.

Role And Key Responsibilities

This role suits a Sales Director with deep CPaaS experience and a strong network across the ecosystem, including the key players that accelerate commercial momentum. You will lead consultative sales cycles, identify high-value use cases, and help customers improve engagement, operations, and digital experiences. Partnering with product specialists, you will shape solutions and support customers through integration and scale. In CPaaS, success is driven less by any single carrier or country and more by trusted relationships and credibility in the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic sales leadership: Define and execute the regional sales strategy, aligned to corporate objectives and informed by market trends and regional conditions.
  • Revenue and growth oversight: Own regional revenue performance, driving pipeline health, deal progression, and execution, adjusting approach as needed to meet or exceed targets in partnership with our global expert teams.
  • Sales forecasting and reporting: Lead forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting, ensuring data quality and keeping senior leadership proactively informed on results, risks, and opportunities.
  • Market expansion and business development: Identify and prioritise the highest-growth opportunities, including new markets, strategic accounts, and partner routes to market, to build sustainable long-term revenue.
  • Customer experience: Maintain a strong customer experience across the region, working with global expert teams to support onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
  • Sales process and tools: Ensure consistent use of the sales process and CRM discipline to maintain pipeline accuracy, accountability, and visibility across the region.
  • Executive relationship management: Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, acting as the executive point of contact to secure major deals and strategic partnerships.
  • Performance leadership and coaching: Develop regional sales capability through clear expectations, practical coaching, and hands-on support in complex negotiations and account strategy.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, setting a high bar for execution, accountability, and values, and contributing to a strong, collaborative culture across the wider organisation.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

Master's degree, MBA or similar, preferred.

Relevant certifications or coursework in sales leadership, customer experience, or strategic account management are an advantage.

Preffered Experience

10+ years of progressive B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in technology, telecoms, cybersecurity, or adjacent markets.

  • 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role, Sales Director level or equivalent, with a strong record of revenue growth and managing complex, high-value accounts.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned to corporate goals. Demonstrated strength in customer experience and account outcomes, with evidence of improving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Experienced in senior-level negotiations and securing large, strategic deals. Strong cross-functional leadership capability, able to mobilise global expert teams across marketing, product, and finance to deliver outcomes.
  • Confident in CRM use and data-led decision making, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis, Salesforce experience is useful.
  • Able to influence and align stakeholders to deliver sales objectives without direct reporting lines. Strong technical understanding of networking and or cybersecurity, including the ecosystem and typical customer requirements.
