Role Overview

Responsible for driving TCV, revenue growth, account expansion, and new logo acquisition while managing CXO relationships and supporting large deal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue and growth targets for Retail & CPG accounts

Drive account mining, cross-sell, and new business acquisition

Build and manage CXO-level relationships

Lead large deals, RFPs, and negotiations

Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting

Collaborate with delivery and solution teams

Required Experience

1018+ years in Retail / CPG sales or account management

Experience handling enterprise accounts and large deals

Strong CXO stakeholder engagement

Exposure to Malaysia / ASEAN market

Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SI / consulting / digital transformation firms

Exposure to ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or supply chain solutions

MBA or equivalent qualification
