Sales Director, SEA
Our client is a global leading organization operating across the building materials, minerals, chemicals, and industrial solutions sectors. They are hiring a Sales Director, South East Asia who will be responsible for leading regional sales strategy (B2B) and execution to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth across Southeast Asia.
As a member of the regional leadership team, this role also contributes to broader regional strategy, cross‑functional alignment, and leadership capability during a period of accelerated growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with APAC and global priorities.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitable performance across SEA.
- Lead business development, including new routes to market and geographic expansion.
- Build and manage senior customer and industry stakeholder relationships.
- Lead pricing, contract negotiation, and commercial governance.
- Develop and lead a high‑performing regional sales team.
- Partner closely with operations, supply chain, technical, and customer service teams.
- Act as a trusted partner to the executive and regional leadership teams.
- Track and deliver against key commercial performance metrics.
Experience & Qualifications
- Senior sales or commercial leadership experience in industrial, building materials, minerals, or chemicals sectors.
- Proven success driving growth across multiple markets and product portfolios.
- Strong background in strategic account management and market development.
- Experience in matrixed organizations.
- Strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
