Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Ara Damansara, Selangor. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales processes. Daily responsibilities include delivering technical support to customers, understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and effectively communicating product and service benefits. The role also involves aiding the sales team with technical insights and ensuring customer satisfaction through exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and maintain satisfaction. Having fluent in Mandarin language is a plus.
• Proficiency in Sales skills to identify opportunities, support the sales team, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in the supply of valve products is a plus.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field preferred.
