Job Description

Position Summary:

The role is responsible to achieve the sales and income targets by identifying own sales pipeline and qualifying opportunities for the range of products sold and assigned by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales opportunities through client visits, calls, and meetings.
  • Manage existing accounts and expand new customer base, with focus on projects and end users.
  • Work with Sales Manager to implement effective sales strategies and gather market intelligence.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and LAPP organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical seminars, and presentations.
  • Provide solutions by understanding customer business needs and offering technical/commercial support.
  • Prepare quotations, product costing, and proposals; handle enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in process automation, system integration/design, or heavy industry (fresh graduates with strong sales drive are also considered).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Proactive, friendly, and a good team player.
