Sales Engineer

EITA Electric Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of EITA Resources Berhad, was established in 1996. Since 1997, it has been an authorized distributor for Fuji Electric Japan and WashiON Kyoritsu Japan, focusing on four core segments: Power & Protection, Control & Automation, Measurement & Instrumentation, and Energy Efficiency Solutions.

The company markets and distributes electrical and electronic components, systems, and solutionsprimarily for construction projects, retrofits, replacements, and OEMs. Its technical team handles project implementation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Johor Bahru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible to fulfill the sales target given, promoting EITA Electric Sdn Bhd products.

Salary: RM 3,000 - RM4,000 (Based on experience)

Job Description:

1. Fulfilling the sales target given:

To serve and serve existing customers.

• Develop and find new customers.

2. Monitor and follow up collection/ payments:

• Ensure payments to be paid on time and try to improve payment terms for respective accounts.
• To avoid bad debts and close monitor for high-risk customers.

3. Promote entire EITA Electric (EE) products:

• Able to promote, influence and convince consultants, end-users or specifiers.
• Able to do presentation, promote, influence and convince consultant, end-users and specifiers.

4. Market report and feedback information:

• To report computer and market information.
• To feedback customer requirements.

5. After sales services like products issue, goods return, Credit Note (C/N) need to be provided.

6. To build good rapport and relationship with existing customers.

7. To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible.

8. To deliver the results within value system of EITA.

9. Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) from time to time.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales.
• Have good technical knowledge and skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering degree.
• Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Have own transport (Car) to travel around Johor for client meetings, site meeting etc.
• Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
