Job Summary and Key Objectives
The Job Title Sales Executive/Sales Engineer
Working closely with the next line of reporting to Assistant Managers / Managers to:
Market the company and its products as one-stop filtration solution.
Monitoring competitors activities.
Provide technical support to customers.
Provide good customer service and attend to customer complaints professionally.
Prepare sales reports for the Management.
To work closely with the operational & support team in Camfil Malaysia to achieve the company's organizational goals and objectives and support the company's business growth plans.
Key Responsibilities include:
Plan and Organise sales visits.
Understanding existing filtration systems and recommend Camfil's equivalent.
Demonstrating and presenting products.
Able to close sales in a timely manner.
Establishing new businesses through cold calls and visits.
Maintaining existing customers.
Attending trade exhibitions and seminars.
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Quotation:
To liaise with customers on all enquiries.
Checking specifications, pricing and delivery terms are correct.
To provide information to the Sales Coordinator and ensure quotations are completed on time.
Monitoring of Orders:
Monitoring sales to customers and ensuring consistent replacement.
Getting competitor's pricing and information with regard to sales activities.
Shipping and Invoicing:
Work with the Sales Coordinator to meet timely deliveries.
Monitor debtor ageing list and ensure prompt payments by customers.
Others:
Sometimes, on-site technical support is required, and proper PPE must be worn for these occasions.
To perform any other duties as requested/assigned by your superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Relevant Diploma / Degree from a higher learning institution or equivalent competence gained in other ways.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience, preferably with prior experiences from the manufacturing or industrial industry.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
