Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer based in Bayan Lepas. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify their needs, demonstrating solutions, and driving technical discussions to support the sales process. The role includes providing technical support, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Collaboration with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Sales Engineering and a technical background to demonstrate and support product solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and address inquiries effectively
• Experience in Sales and proven success in achieving sales targets and objectives
• Ability to provide effective Technical Support and resolve client issues efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI, software solutions, or relevant technologies is a plus
