This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Penang, Malaysia. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing technical support for equipment and services, and delivering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and current clients, providing technical expertise during sales presentations, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role will also involve achieving sales targets and actively contributing to the company's growth.

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively
• Technical Support skills to provide expert advice and troubleshoot customer issues
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving company sales objectives
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, is preferred
• Experience in the business supplies and equipment industry is a plus
