We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer t0 play a key role in managing commercial activities with contract manufacturing customers. This position will report directly to the Head of Business Development.
What Youll Do
- Manage and service existing customer accounts, including timely responses to RFQs and handling all related sales matters.
- Work closely with internal engineering and customer service teams to deliver effective solutions to customer enquiries and requirements.
- Ensure high standards of customer service by responding promptly and upholding sales organization standards.
- Prepare regular reports on customer activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Maintain accurate and professional correspondence with customers at all levels.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
What Were Looking For
- Diploma or higher in any Engineering discipline.
- 23 years of experience in sales or commercial roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand BOM structures.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel when required.
