Position: Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Attend site meetings and technical discussions to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical briefings, and proposal submissions (including method statements where applicable).
- Provide pre-sales technical support including product selection, technical clarification, and coordination with internal design/technical teams.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, project pipelines, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet revenue objectives, including handling commercial terms and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, project status, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience insales/business development/technical salesor a related role within theconstruction sector.
- Engineering/technical background (Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities (able to explain technical solutions clearly).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Willing to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required
Language Requirement
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.
Working hours:
Monday-Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm
