Job description
In this position, you will need to:
· Achieving sales targets by developing and directing effective sales channels.
· Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls to build and maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
· Develop and manage the local market, and execute new marketing initiatives to increase market share.
· Build quality relationships with customers and managers to foster long-term partnerships.
· Keep up with changes in the market and industry, as well as changes in customers needs, to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
· Have Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
· 2-3 years of experience in equipment and/or solution sales preferably in valves for oil and gas industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
. Must be able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate.
· Able to quickly grasp technical concepts and industry knowledge.
· Must be disciplined, independent, and able to work autonomously.
· A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Own vehicle required for client visits and on-site meetings.
