Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development
Identify and convert palm oil mill clients currently under competitors CEMS service contracts to Ecos Link Solutions.
Build strong client relationships with mill managers, maintenance teams, and environmental officers to ensure long-term account loyalty.
Conduct market mapping of all palm oil mills across Malaysia, tracking CEMS units, service providers, and maintenance schedules.
2. Product Promotion Acoustic Horn System
Act as the product champion for acoustic horn cleaning systems (Nirafon / in-house design).
Present the product as a cost-effective and maintenance-free alternative to soot blowers and air cannons, emphasizing ROI and efficiency improvements.
Conduct technical presentations, site surveys, and product demonstrations for potential customers.
3. Sales Execution
Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses for both CEMS and acoustic horn offerings.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned product lines.
Collaborate with proposal engineers to ensure technical accuracy and timely submissions.
4. After-Sales and Support
Coordinate with service engineers to ensure smooth transition of CEMS service takeovers.
Provide first-line troubleshooting and ensure customer satisfaction during warranty and maintenance stages.
5. Reporting & Strategy
Maintain updated sales pipeline in CRM.
Provide competitor intelligence, pricing trends, and customer feedback for management strategy reviews.
