Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Engineer will support customers by providing technical expertise, identifying their requirements, and delivering solutions. Responsibilities include engaging in pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the development of sales strategies for our equipment and solutions, including car parking, payment, access control, and surveillance systems.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide technical support to clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience and skills in Sales and Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions
  • Problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology, parking, payment systems, or surveillance industries is an added advantage
