Job Purpose

Develop new and key customers and strive towards exceeding sales budget and goals

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Management: Prospect for new accounts, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (OEMs, ODMs, and EMS).
• Technical Consultation: Act as the primary technical point of contact. Understand product applications and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proposals & Pricing: Prepare client quotations, assist with price negotiations, and coordinate contract terms.
• Customer Support: Handling pre-and post-sales technical issues (including post-sales quality issues) and overseeing customer delivery schedules.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market surveys, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback on emerging industry trends.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science related
• 2-4 years in electronic component sales
• Experience in handling regional or global business (Nice to have)
• Capable to do design-in and spec-in to R&D engineers
• Possesses own car
• Understanding of relays, switches and connectors
