Starting Salary: RM 2,800-5,000
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries (R&D, QC/QA, manufacturing, universities, etc.).
- Actively engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and physical visits.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Promote Redmark's range of equipment such as test chambers, metal detectors, ovens, and analyzers.
- Prepare and deliver customized technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Account Management
- Follow up on existing leads, prepare quotations, and close sales efficiently.
- Manage key accounts and provide after-sales support.
- Update CRM database with sales activities and customer interactions.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management for new product opportunities and customer needs.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align on strategies.
- Report weekly on sales pipeline, target progress, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in industrial, engineering, or laboratory equipment).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge or education in engineering/sciences is an advantage.
- Must be proactive, independent, and result-oriented.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
