We are seeking a Sales Engineer who combines technical understanding with strong sales skills. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with the technical team to deliver the right solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and enterprise markets
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable software/system solutions
- Work closely with presales and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and follow-ups
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- At least 2+ years experience with track record in B2B sales, technical sales, or solution selling
- Basic to good understanding of IT systems, networking, software, or automation solutions including manufacturing industry processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and customer-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
