We are looking for a motivated Solution Engineer to join our team and help us grow our business.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering technical and commercial solutions within the data center and server room industry. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data center and server room industry
2. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
5. Serve as the main point of contact and provide technical and commercial support
6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system
9. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
10. Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 13 years of sales experience, preferably in Technology or Data Center industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of data center/server room solutions is an advantage
• Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
