Sales Engineer (Urgent Hiring)

What you'll be doing

  • Identify potential client: Pursue and develop new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, professional networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact, understand customer needs, recommend suitable technical solutions, and provide end-to-end pre- and post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Field Service Engineer, Customer Service and internal teams to maximize sales opportunities and deliver solutions.
  • Proposal & Documentation Preparation: Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation aligned with client requirements.
  •  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth
  • Market & Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date on technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to provide value-added recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in a mechanical engineering environment is an advantage. Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant industry experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels and provide expert advice.
  • Independent & Team Player: Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Travel Ready: Willing to travel locally to meet customers and build strong business relationships.
  • Personal Attributes: Good time management and problem-solving skills, self-driven, eager to learn, and motivated to grow.
