Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Executive role located in Johor Bahru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting client meetings, presenting product offerings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing and operational teams to align sales plans with company goals.

Qualifications

Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
Self-motivation and Goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
Experience in the design or interior industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
