Job Description
- Source for new business and brands to utilize Shopee as an e-Commerce platform
- Consistently meet given goals and matrixes and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals
- Determine and identify sales opportunities to acquire, manage and build strategic relationships with sellers, in order to achieve the short and long-term sales objectives together with the team
- At a more senior level, you would be given the responsibility of a category to manage where you are expected (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales volumes of the category
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Experience in the e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
- Previous experience in Sales with a consistent track record of hitting KPIs
- Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
- Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Must be motivated, and constantly driven to learn or try out new things
- Ability to converse in English and (optional) Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
