Job Description

  • Source for new business and brands to utilize Shopee as an e-Commerce platform
  • Consistently meet given goals and matrixes and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals
  • Determine and identify sales opportunities to acquire, manage and build strategic relationships with sellers, in order to achieve the short and long-term sales objectives together with the team
  • At a more senior level, you would be given the responsibility of a category to manage where you are expected (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales volumes of the category

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
  • Previous experience in Sales with a consistent track record of hitting KPIs
  • Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
  • Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Must be motivated, and constantly driven to learn or try out new things
  • Ability to converse in English and (optional) Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
