The Role

As the Sales Executive, you will be involved in driving business growth by developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
