Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Sales Meetings & Presentations

  • To fix weekly Sales Appointments be it with new clients or existing clients (to upsell)
  • Appointments with existing clients must be for the purpose of upselling.
  • Conduct impactful Sales Presentations and handle questions, issues, objections, or concerns by providing clear and persuasive responses.
  • KPI : 3 Successful Sales Appointments per week.

Pitch Decks for Meetings

  • Doing thorough research on the industry and collecting data to convince potential clients to use our services,
  • Presenting data obtained in the most compelling way.
  • Obtaining Approval on Pricing and Packages from Pricing manager before its presented to the client.
  • KPI: To send out at least 12 approved proposals in a month

Sales Closing

  • Follow up with clients after Pitch Meetings.
  • Handle Negotiation on Pricing and Payment termsaccording to company and clients policies.
  • Close Sales by following company processes.
  • Onboarding Client as part of handover to internal production team for smooth delivery of projects
  • KPI : Achieve Sales Target on a monthly basis

Continuous Professional Growth

  • Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Actively taking online F.O.C courses OR attendingtraining programs, workshops to enhance product/industry knowledge, sales techniques, and professional growth,
