Job Responsibilities

1. Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers
2. Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal
3. Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice / consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship
4. Assist and follow-up payment collection
5. Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospects customers
6. To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customers
7. To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan
8. Identified new markets and business opportunities
9. Perform site office/visit on assigned basic of needed
10. Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management.

- Willing to explore in sales roles
- Open to Chinese and Malay
- Sales hardware is bonus (addition)
- Minimum diploma

Good-to-have
- Northern market - own transport, mileage claim will be provided if travel outstation
- They will stay in the office - aware on the product (company product - portable toilet)
