Achieve sales targets for assigned divisions in terms of volume, revenue, and margin.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions.
Manage export accounts and key accounts to ensure business growth and profitability.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring long-term partnerships.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
Contribute to new solutions, product launches, and regional business development.
Travel globally (35%) as required.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Operations, Technical) for delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Work with Finance for payments and credit management.
Support product development initiatives through customer feedback and coordination with R&D.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Sales, Marketing, Sales Management, Business Development, Engineering, or equivalent.
35 years experience in sales, preferably with exports and key account management.
Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and cultural nuances.
Proven skills in lead generation, sales prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel).
Strong planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Conversant in Japanese or Thai is a plus.
Independent, motivated, and able to influence and lead.
