Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned divisions in terms of volume, revenue, and margin.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage export accounts and key accounts to ensure business growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
  • Contribute to new solutions, product launches, and regional business development.
  • Travel globally (35%) as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Operations, Technical) for delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Finance for payments and credit management.
  • Support product development initiatives through customer feedback and coordination with R&D.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Sales, Marketing, Sales Management, Business Development, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 35 years experience in sales, preferably with exports and key account management.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and cultural nuances.
  • Proven skills in lead generation, sales prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Strong planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Conversant in Japanese or Thai is a plus.
  • Independent, motivated, and able to influence and lead.
