Tasks & Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of teams targets by taking full ownership of individual performance & actively participating in a high performance team culture.
• Contribute to sales volume and profit targets through utilization of all relevant resource
• Develop long term relationships with customers and leverage this relationship for the commercial benefits of the company and customers.
• Utilize insight gained from customer or consumer to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives to provide tangible competitive advantage.
• Approaching prospective customer.

Qualification & Experience

• Fresh graduates -Diploma in business or relevant field.
• Preferred with full fluency in Mandarin/Chinese.
• At least 1 year experience in sales.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Understanding of sales & marketing negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
