Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals)

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to drive our business growth across local and international markets. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries while managing sourcing and logistics to meet specific customer needs.

The Role

You will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient), excipients and intermediates sectors. Initially based in India, this role offers a future transition to Dubai, requiring a candidate who is familiar with and experienced in the Middle-East Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers and suppliers to foster long-term growth.
  • Identify and develop a database of potential local and international pharmaceutical customers, initiating communication and scheduling strategic meetings.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inspection agencies to ensure seamless product delivery and quality control.
  • Oversee all commercial documentation and stay ahead of market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years in experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or chemical industries. Experience in API sales is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in local and / or international market especially the Middle East Market
  • A strong background in Chemistry related field (Minimum Degree) paired with proven business development expertise.
  • Proficiency in both English, Arab & Hindi is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of local and international market sectors, specifically the Middle East.
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications.
