Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, located in Petaling Jaya with some remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, setting appointments, conducting sales meetings, and providing after-sales support. They will work closely with the Marketing team to identify potential leads, contribute to sales strategies, and ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to after-sales service.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Candidates with zero experience are welcome to apply. Participants who have 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in B2B sales are welcome too.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Candidates must be able to provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing Knowledge: A strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts, as well as experience in sales and marketing coordination, is beneficial.
  • Organizational Skills: Candidates must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
  • Computer Skills: Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
