Job Description

Role Summary:

We're hiring a versatile Sales Executive to lead growth across three key channels: Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Retail/Pharmacy Accounts, B2B Private Label, Clinics & MLM Brands.

This is a hands-on sales role suited for someone excited by health products, energized by building relationships, and comfortable converting both casual shoppers and corporate buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

B2C Direct-to-Consumer & Retail Sales:

  • Engage leads from WhatsApp, social media, Shopee, and events.
  • Host product demos, conduct sampling, and close walk-in sales.
  • Sell to your personal and professional networks (optional, with commission).
  • Pitch and onboard retailers, pharmacies, wellness outlets to stock Athemin.
  • B2B Clinics, OEM & MLM Brand Partnerships.

Identify and approach:

  • Clinics and wellness centers offering health supplements.
  • Health & wellness MLM companies seeking new functional beverages or ingredients.
  • Supplement companies needing OEM or white-label formulations.
  • Present Athemins technical, regulatory, and market advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposal and commercial terms.
  • Attend industry expos or networking events to build leads in these verticals.

Tracking & Coordination:

  • Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to maintain lead pipelines.
  • Submit weekly sales activity reports and feedback from the field.

What We're Looking For:

  • 24 years of sales experience in Health supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
  • Bonus: Prior work with MLM companies, resellers, or clinics.
  • Friendly, persuasive, and outcome-driven.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Own transport & based in Klang Valley.

What We Offer:

  • RM3,000 RM4,500 base salary.
  • Attractive sales commission on: Direct sales (DTC, personal network, online), Retail account sales, B2B/OEM deals (higher bonus tier).
  • Travel allowance for field visits.

Work Hours:

  • MondayFriday (9am 6pm)
  • Weekend events/sampling (time-off in lieu)
