Attended sales inquiries, including call-in and walk-in customers, by providing relevant information about the product and the project with the objective of achieving sales target.
To execute marketing strategies to achieve the sales target set by the Company.
Participate in property launches or exhibitions and sales office duties.
Monitor competitor projects and provide market feedback to management to improve product positioning and strategy.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft office and digital communication platforms.
Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty.
To achieve the sales target given.
Promote and sell Amber 2 exclusive bungalow homes located in Subang Bestari to potential high-end buyers.
Conduct Property tours, virtual presentations and follow-up sessions to nurture leads to confirmed sales.
Keep abreast of competitor projects, market pricing and buyer trends in the high-end property segment.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in high-end or landed property Sales.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals.
Strong sales track record, preferably with exposure to bungalow or semi-detached developments.
Confident, well-groomed and professional in demeanor.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays and based on-site at the Amber 2 Sales Gallery, Subang Bestari.
Attend to walk-in customers, online inquiries, and referral promptly and professionally.
