What You Will Do
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify potential SME and corporate clients who need a better way to manage employee rewards.
- Consult & Demo: Conduct product demonstrations (online/offline) to show prospective clients how Teamerit works and why it's better than cash or physical vouchers.
- Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Feedback: Be the ears on the ground and feed customer insights back to our product team.
What We Need From You (Requirements)
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience. (This is non-negotiable).
- Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Communication: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a plus).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, conducting Zoom demos, and learning new software quickly.
- Mindset: You are a hunter, not a farmer. You are self-motivated and don't need micromanagement to hit your numbers.
