ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive team performance to achieve Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective leadership, coaching, and support.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly, providing guidance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead the planning and execution of new outlet openings within the assigned territory.
- Manage and control Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Execute the Monthly Work Plan to ensure efficient and smooth sales operations.
- Ensure full route coverage to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse to maintain accurate and timely stock availability.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure availability and proper use of selling tools and point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
- Coordinate promotional activities, resets, and equipment deliveries.
- Oversee team attendance and availability to maintain operational coverage.
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance and capabilities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of volume and revenue within the assigned territory.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably managing wholesalers in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license, with willingness to travel as required.
