Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive team performance to achieve Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective leadership, coaching, and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly, providing guidance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead the planning and execution of new outlet openings within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and control Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Execute the Monthly Work Plan to ensure efficient and smooth sales operations.
  • Ensure full route coverage to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse to maintain accurate and timely stock availability.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of selling tools and point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, resets, and equipment deliveries.
  • Oversee team attendance and availability to maintain operational coverage.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance and capabilities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of volume and revenue within the assigned territory.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably managing wholesalers in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license, with willingness to travel as required.
