Role Overview

As aSales Executive, you'll drive our business growth by expanding the customer base, promoting EV charging solutions, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills, especially in dealing withMandarin-speaking business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Manage theend-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored EV charging solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support
  • Keep sales pipeline updated in CRM and meet/exceed KPIs

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree inBusiness, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
  • Electrical/technical backgroundis a strong advantage
  • Minimum2-3 years experiencein sales or business development (preferably in tech, EV, construction, or renewable energy)
  • Fluency in Mandarinis required to liaise with China business partners
  • Excellentnegotiation,communication, andpresentationskills
  • Must bewilling to travel, possess own transport, and hold avalid driving license
