Job Description

Job Brief

To achieve assigned sales target and objectives for all categories of products, solutions and services to ensure the profitability of the Company, and at all times maintain absolute customer satisfaction through deliverance of service excellence and customer centric values.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your personal assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved for all categories of product, solutions and services.
  • Accountable for promoting and selling of all Company's product, solutions and services.
  • Ensure systematics coverage of assigned market and territory with sales activities recorded in the CRM sales processes and generate sufficient sales pipeline to sustain optimum sales results consistently.
  • Ensure that all sales processes are in compliance with the Company's ISO SOP and appropriately captured in the CRM system.
  • Responsible for the timely collection, submission and proper documentation of sales processes to and from customers and other departments.
  • Ensure that information in the CRM system is maintained and updated periodically so as to reflect accurate and real-time business information for sales review, analysis, and action plan.
  • Represent the Company as a customer account manager in delivering productive business consultancy information and professional guidance.
  • Facilitate the development of efficient customer service by promoting Konica Minolta's Customer Portal.
  • Maintain and build good relationship/rapport with customers with emphasis on the practice of customer centric values.
  • Assist in the promotion of sales during the Company's exhibition, trade shows, seminars, and other related marketing and strategic functional events.
  • Assist and support Management/Superior in vetting prospective customers financial standing and credit-worthiness.
  • Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and to be responsible for timely collection of debts from customers.
  • Ensure to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness through adequate internal communications, coordination and collaboration with all departments.
  • Comply with anf uphold the Company's Anti-Corruption and Bribery policies through the practice of work integrity.
  • Adhere to all relevant local as well as international business law, regulations, and other mandatory requirements.
  • Perform any other assigned duties as and when directed by Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
