Job Brief

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry such as retail, manufacturing, or services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company's focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • High level of resilience and persistence in pursuing sales targets.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new products or industries.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for roles involving travel.
