Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Penang, Malaysia. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, monitoring sales performance, and preparing regular sales reports. The role also involves working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Proven abilities in Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Training
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
- Data Analysis and Reporting expertise for sales tracking and market insights
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales management role, ideally within the relevant industry
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
