Role Description

This is a full-time, field-based role for a Sales Executive located in Klang Valley / assigned region.

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new workshop accounts, managing existing customers, and driving monthly sales performance. This role requires active field visits, relationship building, and structured weekly planning.

Qualifications

Develop and expand new workshop and dealer accounts

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Conduct regular workshop visits and follow up on orders

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Submit Sales Weekly Planning every Friday (following week coverage)

Ensure accurate i-Payroll clock-in for every customer visit

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support

Job Requirement

Experience in automotive / car battery / spare parts industry is an advantage

Minimum 12 years sales experience preferred

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Good planning and reporting discipline

Possess own transport and willing to travel

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
