The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Find leads; contact and introduce leads on company's products and services.
- Establish a meeting with prospects.
- Presentation of product or service demonstration to customers.
- Establishing a new business relationship.
- Sales report and performance evaluation.
- Create and submit offers and proposals.
- Contract negotiations to get the best deal for the customer and the company.
- Work to achieve the company's sales target.
- Conduct market research to assess gaps, opportunities, and external needs.
- Look for new opportunities through networking, cold calls, and social media channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-years proven sales experience.
- Strong communication skills-both spoken and written.
- MS Office and CRM Software knowledge.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Spontaneous, goal oriented, desire for results.
- Ability to create and hold presentations.
- Fast learner and thinker.
- Ability to adapt and grow in harsh environments.
- Experience in Car Parking and/or Access Control is advantageous
- Background in engineering and/or information technology is advantageous.
