Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Find leads; contact and introduce leads on company's products and services.
  • Establish a meeting with prospects.
  • Presentation of product or service demonstration to customers.
  • Establishing a new business relationship.
  • Sales report and performance evaluation.
  • Create and submit offers and proposals.
  • Contract negotiations to get the best deal for the customer and the company.
  • Work to achieve the company's sales target.
  • Conduct market research to assess gaps, opportunities, and external needs.
  • Look for new opportunities through networking, cold calls, and social media channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-years proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills-both spoken and written.
  • MS Office and CRM Software knowledge.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Spontaneous, goal oriented, desire for results.
  • Ability to create and hold presentations.
  • Fast learner and thinker.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in harsh environments.
  • Experience in Car Parking and/or Access Control is advantageous
  • Background in engineering and/or information technology is advantageous.
