Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by leading and monitoring a sales team to meet KPIs. The role ensures effective route coverage, execution of monthly plans, new outlet development, AR control, and coordination with warehouse and support teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery. It also involves managing customer service standards, maintaining records, and coaching and developing team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly Value and Volume (Raw) budget targets.
  • Ensure all subordinates achieve their monthly KPIs.
  • Track and review subordinates performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Drive and support new outlet openings within the territory.
  • Manage and control Accounts Receivable (AR) for the assigned territory.
  • Execute activities in line with the Monthly Work Plan.
  • Ensure full route coverage on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse on stock availability and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle and coordinate customer orders and complaints.
  • Provide routing support and maintain accurate filing and records.
  • Ensure availability of selling tools and point-of-purchase (POP) materials at agents or depots.
  • Coordinate completion of resets, special events, and equipment deliveries.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and sick days of subordinates.
  • Coach, train, and develop both existing and newly joined subordinates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM
  • 35 years of relevant working experience in a related field
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and relevant software applications
