Job Description

Job Responsibility

Call and Meet Potential Sellers: Youll contact people or businesses that are interested in using SPX and explain how everything works.
Help Sellers Sign Up: Guide new sellers through the sign-up process, including account setup and signing any required documents.
Pass to Support Team: Once a seller is fully registered and ready, pass them to our support team to take over.
Check In With Sellers: Follow up with sellers to see how theyre doing and offer help if they face any issues.
Travel for Meetings: Youll need to travel often to meet new contacts and sellers in your assigned area.
Find New Sellers: Besides the ones we give you, you should also go out and find other businesses that might want to join SPX.
Where Youll Work: Mostly in the Klang Valley, but may need to travel to other areas. Must have your own car or motorcycle.

Job Requirements

Language Proficiency: Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
Independent Work: Able to work independently and meet set targets.
Sales Confidence: Ability to pitch confidently and with a driven attitude to achieve sales targets.
Personality Traits: Outgoing personality with strong negotiation skills.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management.
Experience: Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
Education: Open to fresh graduates with a diploma or degree-level education or higher.
