Job Description

Job Responsibility

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company&aposs customer base and market presence within the fashion industry.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and personalized service.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company&aposs products and services.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a diverse client.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
Proven ability to acquire new clients and expand the company&aposs market presence.
