Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company&aposs customer base and market presence within the fashion industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company&aposs products and services.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a diverse client.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients and expand the company&aposs market presence.
