Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Melaka. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction with tailored design solutions. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
• Ability to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
